The Funds
Certain regions of our state, even without state-level support for the creation of a film incentive program, continue to recognize the value of movie and television production and are unwavering in their efforts to retain this important economic driver for the benefit of their communites.
Florida Film Funds has designed its Funds to respond to these film-friendly, enterprising, and highly accessible areas of our state.

The South Florida Film Fund One LLC was launched in October of 2021. The Fund covers the four county South Florida region comprised of Monroe, Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, the historial filmmaking center of our state. A $3,000,000 capital raise was initiated in January, 2022.

We anticipate creating a Northeast Florida Film Fund by early-2023 that will cover the six counties comprising Florida’s First Coast: Nassau, Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Flagler, and Volusia. It will be structured to coordinate in part with major filming activity in Georgia, our neighbor state to the north.

The Tampa Bay Film Fund One LLC was incorporated on March 1, 2022. Covering an eight-county region that includes the major metropolitan centers of Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota, this Fund is positioned to respond to the deep-rooted enthusiasm for filmmaking intrinsic to this region.
